•Assisting vessel acceptance and providing RIL LPG Carrier documents
• Planning and scheduling RIL Lighterage gas vessels for STS operation
• Ensuring mother vessel commercial clearance and approval
• Supervising jetty staff for safe mooring and unmooring operations
• Planning for Radio officer roster and performing duties if required
• Preparation and submission of Lighterage operation data and cargo handling figures
• Participating in internal audits for ISM, IMS standards.

•Conducting various mock drills and participating in emergency response exercises.

• Planning and allocation of berth for optimum utilization
• Conducting daily Port Berthing Meetings
• Providing various services to vessels arriving at AHPPL
• Coordinating and monitoring shipping movement
• Maintaining records of all shipping movement

• Participating in emergency response exercises

• Manning the Port Control Room and Monitoring Shipping Movements
• Providing support for Pilotage Operations, Berthing & Unberthing
• Surveillance of waterfront area and maintenance of Control Room Equipment’s
• Declaration of vessel and checking of all vessel-related documents.

•Operating VHF/Email/Fax/Tide gauge/AIS/SPM Telemetry
• Monitoring SPM telemetry during vessel berthing and cargo operation
• Maintaining documents related to Vessel Cargo and Lighterage operations
• Conducting physical checks of documents and ensuring validity
• Preparing service requisitions and entries in SAP.
