Contract & Commercial Management

• Manage customer purchase orders, contracts, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Planning & Project Execution
• Develop and maintain project execution schedules aligned with contractual delivery commitments.
• Prepare and execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) based on production schedules and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and procurement requirements to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to expedite critical materials and avoid project delays.
• Conduct daily and weekly review meetings to identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
• Forecast demand and supply requirements while optimizing inventory and production capacity.

• Well experienced in LN-INFO ERP system from project booking to projects closing.
• Maximum use of existing inventory of raw material before procuring new raw material.
• To release the purchase requisition to the purchase team for the shortened raw material.
• To get the release dates from production team of the A' class products and Trim parts from the subcontracting team.
