ORDER TO CASH (Project accounting and sales invoicing)

• Led the global Standard Cost Rate (SCR) process, overseeing its successful transition and stabilization.
• Managed the MIS team to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of internal reports, including the Monthly Dashboard, variance analysis, FTE reports, and Incentive Payout files.
• Consolidated prior month's production volumes for inclusion in the Monthly Dashboard, shared with the billing team for invoicing purposes.
• Compiled and maintained FTE files, tracking active, new, and resigned resources, as well as promotions, to support managerial decision-making.
• Prepared Incentive Payout files, identifying resources eligible for incentive compensation.
• Oversaw office asset management to ensure proper tracking and utilization.
• Addressed client queries and conducted monthly operational review calls to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Supported Project Accounting and Sales Invoicing activities, including the creation of sales orders, projects, WBS, timesheet corrections, invoices, credit notes, and invoice cancellations, as requested by clients.
• Collaborated with the RPA team to develop a BOT that automates the extraction of billing requests from the O2C workflow portal, enhancing invoice creation with 100% accuracy.
• Developed SAP GUI scripts to facilitate the mass creation of line items in sales orders, optimizing large-scale invoicing.
• Trained new employees on best practices in accounting procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Coordinated month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring the timely completion of financial reporting.

• Stock audit, internal audit and non status audit
• Reviewed material receipt vouchers, LPO register, delivery note, debit note, credit note, invoices, receipts, bank payments and other accounting documents.
• Reviewed bank reconciliation and prepared cash reconciliation
• Provided support and advise to client in maintaining proper record of data.
