- Inventory D2S (Dock to Store) metric reduced from 18+ hours to 4 hours.
- EDAB and the diversity ratio have been maintained throughout, with no call-outs from the HR team. Multiskilling of associates helps us curb absenteeism issues, and no work is hampered because of this.
- 100% inventory put-away accuracy maintained via inbound ops.
- WID adherence improved from 85% to 98%.
- Scaled up F&V in RJ FC from 1,500 units to 6,000 units.
- Roster maintenance, asset reconciliation, and availability as per the volume, MP hiring and onboarding, and incentive reconciliation for picking for RJ and Ludhiana.
- IWIT movements from Indore and Lucknow, RJ, to Ludhiana: in total, more than 15K WID movements happened in RJ FC and approx.
- 3.5 lakh units were inwarded.
