Software.

➢ Responsible for stock cut off of parts during ECN and ensure no dead stock of parts.

Inventory Control and Purchasing Coordinator
➢ Handling 750+ Parts and controlling inventory by receipt control with N+2 Days mechanism.
➢ Store management including day to day activities like receipt, storage issues and disposition & maintain supply
chain.
➢ Good Knowledge to Controlling Slow Moving Inventory
➢ Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives met as per company guideline.
➢ Ensuring material procurements in system on JIS/JIT from local suppliers.
➢ Monitoring Rejection Clearance of materials and dispatching it to suppliers on weekly basis.
➢ As a coordinator, Circulation of coverage reports to respective stake holders review N+3 days shortage for
vehicles production and act pro actively and provide counter action to mitigate shortages.
➢ Coordinating with the different CFT internally for ensure issues of suppliers like Payment holding, tooling PO for
regular supply, commercial issue, Piloting, BOM change, Stock Cut Off ME and PPC for smooth changeover and
rollout.
