HR Analytics and MIS

• Manage HR dashboards and MIS reports: manpower status, hiring pipeline, attendance analytics, training compliance, and attrition.
• Ensure HRIS/Zoho data accuracy, and support ISO/FSSAI, statutory, and internal audit requirements.
• Provide insights on hiring trends, joining ratios, productivity patterns, and employee movement.
• Track trending HR KPIs: TAT, source efficiency, engagement indicators, and training completion score.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (Domestic and International)

• Handle recruitment for niche roles, international sales, export profiles, supply chain, and non-IT functions.
• Source talent using Naukri, Boolean Search, LinkedIn, Foundit (Monster), and Indeed.
• Manage ATS/Zoho Recruit for postings, screening, pipeline tracking, feedback, and offer management.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards: time to fill, source performance, offer vs. Joining the candidate funnel.

Payroll and Compliance

• Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, OT, leave adjustments, new joiners/exits, and variable components.
• Coordinate reconciliation with finance, and maintain payroll MIS, salary registers, and statutory documents.
• Support PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and F&F processes.

Traning & Devlopment

• Maintain T&D MIS: training calendars, attendance, feedback, and evaluation records.
• Coordinate internal and external sessions: soft skills, technical, compliance, ISO, and FSSAI.
• Support TNI by coordinating with departments and performance feedback.

HR Operations and Employee Engagement.

• Manage onboarding, HRIS updates, document verification, and induction.
• Conduct employee engagement initiatives: celebrations, wellness drives, surveys, and communication campaigns.
• Maintain employee files, exit documents, and audit-ready HR records.

• Led a team of recruiters for domestic and international talent acquisition across various industries.
• Managed end-to-end recruitment lifecycle using platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinated with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
