As an IT Recruiter, I oversee the entire cycle of recruitment like searching/sourcing potential candidates and short listing them in accordance with the clients’ current requirement from the various sources viz. database, referrals, networking etc.

• Screening & Short listing of resumes by evaluating the candidate’s technical skills, communication skills, presentation skills, based on client’s requirement.

• Scheduling Interviews as per the clients’ specifications, intimating the candidates about the interviews.

• Understanding candidate’s profile and identifying suitable job opportunities.

• Sourcing relevant profiles from various job portals (www.monster.com, www.dice.com, www.computerJobs.com).

• Co-ordinating & scheduling of interviews.

• Managing day-to-day activities, which involve screening of resumes, coding & short listing of resumes, scheduling interviews, follow up of selected candidates.

• Follow-up with client as well as the candidates till the selected candidates gets the offer letter and joins the organization.
