distributor and dealer network.
• Developing retail channels and distributor network.
• To have better coordination and provide excellent services to the distributor/dealers.
• Regularly visit the retailers with product hangers for awareness of new qualities.
• Promotion of new qualities by giving brief knowledge of its specialties among distributors and retailers.
• To give feedback about competitors activities with
respect to promotion, schemes, sales and marketing
strategies.
