Currently, working in the Strategy & Transactions division in EMEA (Oceania) Pursuits team with the following responsibilities:

• In February 2023, initiated and successfully converted a critical monthly deliverable “Assets Coming to Marketˮ (ACTM), focused on increasing investor engagement by offering active updates and generating various investment opportunities for them across the ANZ market.
• Engaged in end to end managing “Deal Radarˮ, a critical monthly deliverable which is focused on tracking M&A deals in ANZ market and further leveraged by stakeholders for strategic decision making and thus generating major revenue for the DOH.
• Prepared PPT/ Excel based outputs on in-depth industry analysis, lead generation trackers and doing target screening and company profiling to support onshore EY partners across various stages of deal cycle.
• Conduct operational and commercial due diligence for the prospect targets during the pre-deal phase.
• Engage with research stakeholders, including advisors from EY member firms worldwide, to align on project objectives, define scope, and clarify deliverables.
• Consistently delivered high-quality outputs under tight deadlines, earning recognition from global EY partners for diligence and precision.

Worked in the Financial Industrials Group (FIG) and Industrials sectors with the following responsibilities:

• Regular preparation & updating of client Pitch-Books.
• Detailed industry research slides including industry overview, trends, key players, outlook and more.
• Multiple pager company profiles including deep dives, one pagers, two pagers and strip profiles.
• Case study analysis including M&A and IPO case study and company strategic profiles.
• Various comps including trading comps and transaction comps.
• Company and transaction screening (identify targets and sponsors).
• Earnings summary and company memos every quarter.
• Daily and bi-weekly newsletters.
• Ad-hoc requests including public information books (PIBs), management profiles, share price charts, annotated charts and overlapping maps.
• Within the team had been doing quality checks for the outgoing deliverables and mentored junior team members to enhance team efficiency.
