  • 1-Selection Benchmarking: Identied white spaces in key verticals; formulated MSKUs and driven selection with vendors to fIll the gap. Managed 10% overall incremental business (140 Cr) through the project.
  • 2-D2C growth enhancement: Achieved 50% YOY growth for D2C brands in Home Furnishing through Catalogue Enhancement, Effective Digital Campaigns (PLA, CPC & PCA), Cross Marketing Activities leading to 100% YOY growth in visits. Promoted the brands through Merch visibility and helped in R&D by sharing key category and consumer insights.
  • 3-Tail & Torso: Grew the category tail and torso verticals like Floormats, Aprons, Bath towels etc. by 100% YOY by identifying key vendors, understanding their value chain & product strength, working with them to improve brand re-call and ultimately improving these verticals.
  • 4-Effectively managed category budget through Return per Cost (RPC) optimization and invested in only those brands where the RPC was healthy.
  • Planned growth strategies (Annual Operating Plan) for the Category by understanding the end consumer through focus group discussions, search trends, market trends (seasonality, spike during sale events etc.) and executed them through identified vendors.
  • KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
  • Instrumental In growing the Mosquito nets by 47% YOY growth for Key brands.
  • Managed a portfolio of 10+ Brands (National, D2C & Seller labels) & achieved 50% YOY growth. Overall managing a portfolio of 120 Cr with category-controlled business of 15% while maintaining an exclusive business share of 42% of the managed portfolio.
  • Provided key insights like Search trends, KYC analysis, in-demand MSKU and uplift listing quality score to improve conversions. Captured the voice of brands to deliver long term solutions to the pain points like open box delivery to reduce wrong customer returns, faster quality check for new listings etc.
