· Act as first point of contact and gatekeepers to the internal and external clients of Reference Data.

· Taking care of all Products including Debt, Equity, Structured Finance and Entity Link Reference Data.

· Accurately investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Research, resolve and respond to client evaluation challenges and inquiries.

· Nature of work involves extensive interaction/liaison with multiple teams both within Reference Data & out- side and good understanding of product cycle and sound knowledge of product.

· Successfully worked in both the major verticals of Banking, i.e, Deposits as well as Finance.

· Majorly took care of Term Deposits section of the assigned branch.

· Supervised and managed all the clerical work carried out in the bank including Cash Transactions, RTGS, NEFT etc. and handled customer grievances related to these.

· Carried out Marketing activities related to various products introduced by the bank.

· Rectifying the errors hitting the trading of various securities- Equity, Mortgage, Corporate Securities, Treasuries and ensure a smooth flow of business by importing necessary information from BLOOMBERG.

· Responsible for correct setup of securities in systems like Impact (Broadridge), MSD and various other in-house systems of Bank of America (eg: Fusion).

· Also responsible for data maintenance in the form of various daily, weekly and monthly reports.

· Maintaining smooth flow of business amongst other teams dealing solely with mortgages, treasuries, and fixed income securities.
