• Onboarded the cash roll function, conducted the Proof of Concept, and trained and mentored colleagues to increase capacity to 7 FTE within 8 months
• Scaled the function from 30 to 80 Fund Families (266% increase) within 1 year while continuously collaborating to achieve 97% accuracy
• Oversaw Fund Servicing & CashRoll teams from 4 to 15 FTE in 1.5 years. Simultaneously, worked towards stabilizing the risk across the team regularly and acting as an SME within the team
• Ideated and created systematic logic to allow a system redesign by taking input from 8 different stakeholders both upstream and downstream. This led to the creation of 3 new systems which will cumulate in 13 FTE gain in the long run
• Built categorization logic by laying down 110 rules through pattern visualization across 15,000 lines of data allowing for further use in liquidity & investor reporting and daily functioning of funds
• Successfully launched and managed the Credit Facility for a retail private credit fund, while effectively posting stakeholders and management

● Cleaned up global o/s break profile and external overdraft liability report setup by coordinating with various teams globally

● Coordinated to establish the Fund servicing process out of Bangalore and globally raise concerns

● Brought forth a Global risk management dashboard surrounding depth charts and Key person risk tracking as a part of the Risk Pillar

● Managed ~70 Deals concurrently while keeping a clean risk profile and securing the Risk-Champion award for H1 2023

● Worked to implement regulatory changes such as the Uncleared Margin Rules in the margin collateral workflow while strategizing with clients, trading teams, and external counterparties
● Implemented testing of vendor systems upgrade to better support process and allow scalability by undertaking system analysis and workflow mapping. Identified over 40 enhancements and 17 manual workarounds to timely implement the changes
● Onboarded two workflows from global counterparts and created end-to-end ownership & expertise within the local team
