- Providing L2 support for EMC Networker backup application for banking client consisting more than 10000 client machines and 25 backup servers located across the globe.
- Responsible in providing assistance to L3 support team in monitoring, troubleshooting and administration of the backup infrastructure.
- Adding Clients to the Backup Schedule.
- Tapes Off siting & Depositing operations into Jukebox
- Deploying upgrades for the backup infrastructure with prior testing on test environments.
- Performing capacity planning for the existing backup infrastructure to understand the additional requirements in terms of tapes, disk spaces, licences, etc.
