• At present working as “Automation Expert” with Siemens Ltd posted at Vedanta Aluminum ltd, Smelter Plant, Jharsuguda site from March 2017. Present job includes complete Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of Rockwell (Allen Bradley) PLC /DCS system installed in Smelter 1&2.
• Monitored and supported progress of plant production orders by managing shop capacity and loading functions at several facilities

Worked as “Senior Engineer (Automation)” in 160TPH Reheating Furnace with M/s. BRG Iron and Steel Pvt. Ltd, Angul

• Commissioning of 160TPH Reheating Furnace consisting of Combustion PLC and Material handling PLC system where was actively involved with Engineers from M/s ANDRITZ METALS (U.S.A).
• Fully Auto Operation of Furnace starting from Charging slab into furnace and walking slab till discharge side and proper discharging of slab to mill side.
• Defined engineering problems, collected data, established facts and drew conclusions to solve project issues
