• Work closely with end users in People Operations, Client Services, Delivery, and Finance to gather requirements and document business/system needs.
• Manage and prioritize user stories in Jira to drive Agile execution.
• Translate business requirements for the development team, and assess potential impacts on existing functionality.

• - Writing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries to check the proper data population in the application table, and for data verification to perform backend testing against the Postgres database.
• - Testing mobile app and web-based systems, and identifying any performance and quality issues.
• - Reviewing product specifications to pinpoint any potential design flaws.
• - Preparing defect summary reports and reporting results to management for further action.
