Recombinant DNA technologies: Cloning, Transformation, PCR, Plasmid purification, bacterial cell culture, agarose gel electrophoresis

Molecular biology techniques: Sequential immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation, RT-qPCR, ChIP-qPCR, transfection in mammalian cancer cell lines, shRNA mediated knockdown of genes, generation of stable cell lines, RNA/DNA isolation, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, Histone and DNA methylation assays.

In vitro assays: Cell proliferation assays, cell invasion and migration assays and colony formation assays
