- Produced weekly and monthly status reports encompassing ticket trends, aging, basis activities, project requirements, and L2 support statistics.
- Oversaw AMS timesheets and financials, including reporting on cost of quality (COQ) and work in progress (WIP) to leadership.
- Acted as Transition Coordinator for BURGER KING, facilitating smooth handover of responsibilities.
- Managed change management processes, including effort estimation, approval, and billing.
- Ensured adherence to SLAs, producing breach analysis reports for review.
