After completion of training i have been confirmed as Junior Manager at VE Commercial Vehicles Truck manufacturing facility and mother plant Eicher Trucks & Buses.

• Taking Responsibility to fulfill export market & Non Eicher Brand Vehicle demand.
• Set, enforced and optimized internal policies to maintain efficiency and responsiveness to demands.
• I am responsible for Production, testing, NCR closure,Product Audit, Rework and Quality Clearance of export vehicle.
• Dispatch including invoicing of vehicle, container planing, Stuffing of container, custom clearance.
• It include team handling, supervising & coordination with various departments.
• Established positive and effective communication among unit staff and organization leadership, reducing miscommunications and missed deadlines.

In the period of training i have work in Productivity Management (Quality) done line audits, set Quality Gates, i have worked with Volvo Consultant (L2 Auditor) to improve Quality in manufacturing Process of Eicher. get the chance to in BS6 launching event and take responsibility of readiness of display vehicle. have experience to work in parts distribution store.

Working as quality inspector and done PDI of Engine for 6 months in Force Motors Chakan plant, where Euro6 Engines and Axle manufactured for Mercedes-Benz India.

Work in axle assembly in John Deere India Tractor Manufacturing Plant Dewas.
