Operations:
Marketing & Sales:
Building the brand through various promotion channels – Hoardings, sign boards, brochures, print media etc.
Taking feedback from dealers about the line of products for further improvements Identifying and making new dealers in & across states to expand business opportunities
Logistics & Warehouse:
Stocking of finished products at warehouse. Building optimum inventory of all product mix
Stocking of raw material & semi-finished goods required for manufacturing finished goods Proper supply of all packaging materials & labels in sufficient quantity Timely dispatching of finished goods to dealers network according to their needs and ensuring the stock movement
Vendor Management:
Interacting with vendors for procurement of the raw material materials, thorough quality check before receiving, follow ups for orders Negotiating with various vendors for the rates and best payment term.
Business Development & Client Servicing
Promoting company products to key buyers, ensuring their knowledge is updated and appropriate Generating new business both in face to face meetings and over the phone Developing and maintaining commercially productive relationships with both new and old clients Identifying every sales lead and closing deals to increase revenue and profitability Identifying the specific needs of customers, then creating bespoke solutions for them
