• Getting Orders day by day from customers and enter them in ERP software.
• Manage timely dispatch of orders by coordination with dispatch and production department.
• Making all related documents for movements of goods as Invoice, E-invoice, E-waybill etc.
• Manage data of dispatch documents as G.R. copies and invoice systematically.
• Keep tracking of payments from customers as per payment terms.
• Provide production forecast data to production department to enhance the productivity.
• Maintain records of all sponsored players systematically to serve them on priority.
• Provide sale targets and achievements to management on time to time.
• Prioritize to customer satisfaction and requirements.

Other tasks.

• Guide to production supervisors and data entry operator as per his requirements in ERP software
• Help to accounts department to solving issues in GSTR-1 and reconciliation of payments recieved.
• Being an ERP admin, Help as a substitute in absence of any data entry operator of ERP to related departments as Purchase, Payrolls, Production, and Dispatch.
