The objective of this project was to automate the end-to-end process by matching the UI elements corresponding to the GoalSheet ID by applying some business rules on the data that we get from the database. processing workflow using UiPath, reducing manual efforts, and improving accuracy, compliance, and turnaround time. The automation solution was designed to extract data from the Egoals portal, validate the data (Excel, database, emails), validate the information, and send the summary file via email.

Invoice Processing:

The objective of this project was to automate the end-to-end invoice processing workflow using UiPath, reducing manual efforts, and improving accuracy, compliance, and turnaround time. The automation solution was designed to extract invoice data from incoming documents (PDFs, scanned images, emails), validate the information, and post it into the ERP system, such as SAP.

• Designed and implemented the solution using UiPath RE-Framework.
• Developed intelligent document extraction using Document Understanding and ML Extractor.
• Integrated the SAP system using UiPath activities and the credential vault.
• Managed Orchestrator assets, queues, and schedules for unattended automation.
• Conducted UAT testing and hyper-care support post-deployment.
• Collaborated with business users for continuous process optimization.
