- Part of core team in conceptualizing the business plan & brand strategy for launching private brands of Amazon.in. Successfully launched & scaled 5-6 brands in last 6 years for amazon.in.
- Responsible for overall customer experience in terms of design, fits, customer pain points, innovation, product data quality and customer satisfaction which leads to brand growth.
- Worked in capacity of complete business owner for successful footwear products design and launch across private brands of Amazon.in.

- Joined as apparel merchandiser manager and worked for almost 2 years. Was responsible for sourcing of flat knit apparel and handle P&L of the function which contributed 30% of the overall brand business.
- Moved to design function and was responsible to handle menswear apparel product development across all product types for next 3 years. Was instrumental in building product line for products like denims and jackets from scratch which started contributing more than 35-40% of overall brand revenue.
- Took up the new role of Design Innovation & Merchandising. Was responsible to present the trends across all genders and set the design direction of the brand for each season. Created the merchandising calendar of the product lifecycle and worked with all cross functions for timely season launch.
- Additionally handled footwear design across genders, for last one year in organization.
