Event Management POC

• Executed a successful POC project for Event Management implementation.
• Leveraged Prometheus tool to generate events. Implemented configuration for event management rules, alert correlation rule, and alert management rules in relation to events from Prometheus exporter.
• Achieved streamlined process of creating Incidents and Incident tasks for alerts via Flow Designer.
• Utilized decision tables to analyze and solve complex use cases of reporting.
• Developed and implemented a comprehensive dashboard and reporting system for event management.
• Utilized interactive Filter for generating dynamic reports and database views to fulfill complex reporting needs

HRSD Project

• Administered and configured HRSD modules in the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational HR processes and policies.
• Knowledge of HR COE, Topic Category and Hr Service.
• Worked on Case Creation Configuration, Case Life Cycle Management, HR Assignment Rules, matching Rules, HR Service Configuration, HR Template.
• Developed custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting, flows, and UI policies to automate HR processes and enhance user experience.
• Integrated ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs and MID Server, ensuring seamless data exchange and process integration.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in the ServiceNow environment.
