• In case no response is received from the client, the default action specified in the Notification to the client shall be exercised.
• Also for some Voluntary Corporate Action, the Sub custodian may come back with a requirement for the additional details that will be communicated by TCS to client .
• In case the customer wants to cancel the option exercised , TCS has to intiate the cancellation with sub custodian through Telephone or mail, but the cancellation of option Exercised will not be guaranteed , as this completely lies with the sub custodian.
• On Execution of the corporate action by custody, TCS will verify the entries on Citi Direct are as customer’s preference after which they shall be updated in Eclipse.
• If there is any discrepancy between the corporate action executed in citi direct and the customers preferences, TCS must seek clarification from custody and inform the client of the same. - Developed and deepened client relationships to cement profitable partnerships.
