• Enrolling the medical providers with state authorities & insurance network
• Verify provider qualifications against NPPES registry
• Revalidating & re-enrolling the provider every 2 years
• Acting as the liaison between the provider, insurance payer & billing group
• Resolved critical provider credentialing to ensure smooth payments
• Avoiding fraud by ensuring only enrolled providers bill payers

• Responsible to manage claims follow up/ denials processing
• Analyze case by case transactions and responsible for settlement of payments
• Document the notes based on analysis in the internal software and take necessary action
• Referring to explanation of Benefits & taking actions based on scenarios
