- Brand and Stakeholder Management: Aligning business goals and execution plans.
- Negotiate commercial terms and co-marketing investments.
- Sales & Inventory Forecasting: Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain healthy stock levels, and reduce the risk of sell-outs.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of trends and spot gaps in the category.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Owned category KPIs, including GMV, conversion, and inventory health, improving in-stock rate, and reducing OOS through demand forecasting and seller interventions.
- Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects, such as seasonal campaigns, new brand launches, and product line expansions.
