Performed Migration activities from VMware to VMC on AWS using VMware HCX tool (on prem to VMC).

Worked as Tech Lead in Cloud Planning and Transformation project for a Insurance project where performed migration activities

(T-, T0and T+ activities) along with cloning from VMware to VMC on AWS and VMC to AWS .Various tools used for migrations are Cloud Endure,MGN,River Meadow and HCX.

Have experience as team lead for banking project which involved migration on-premises applications as well as server deployment of the existing datacenters (both production as well as non-production) to the VMC on AWS and AVS on Azure using HCX for around 1000 servers.Also worked as Ansible developer for an aircraft industry for managing and automating the infra using Ansible playbooks creation.

Joined as a fresher where was trained various windows server technologies along Cloud and hyperv with infrastructure support.

Handled migration of user accounts from Ashland domain to the new Solenis domain using Quest Migration software.Also introduced to migrations of on prem severs to new PaaS-hyper V along with the running applications using tools like Doubletake and Platespin.
