· Responsible for delivering quality products by ensuring every quality aspects of rusk made in 2P plant at Palakkad

o by ensuring the right quality raw materials are only used.

o by ensuring that the prescribed formulations are followed at the unit.

o By ensuring the prescribed process conditions are followed at the unit and take corrective actions whenever required.

o Quality improvement of FG by benchmarking with competitors, every fortnightly.

o Ensure quality monitoring and testing of finished goods (FSSAI, shelf life, coding, weight, pest control)

o Ensuring compliance to FSSAI and legal metrology requirements.

o Improvement of product quality.

o By preparing training modules using live photos/videos from the plant for improving quality behavior and conduct training for regular and contract workers.

o Recorded, analyzed, and distributed statistical information.(Yield tracking, process capability)

o Monitoring compliance of SOPs. Report non-compliance and take steps for compliance.

o Developed tracking sheets for cross checking the manufacturing processes.

o Developed project ideas like corrugated fibre box cost reduction with positive results.

· Responsible for delivering quality products by ensuring every quality checking in a particular shift.

· To obtain key objectives like GRB (glass returnable bottle) volume, line productivity, concentrate yield, Bottle washer quality parameters, GRB Physio, Micro & sensory, food safety etc.

· To ensure compliance in line sanitation, all testing equipments and SOP in place for analysis of finished product as per BQT, Track and monitor C & C of conveyor lubrication, Calibration of pressure/ Temperature gauge in Bottling hall, GVRT 7up 200/300 ml, Bottling hall house-keeping, GRB bottling hall compliance to HACCP, GQA & AIB, ware house analysis, Net content analysis, Maintaining vent-tube track sheet and discard the damaged ones, Maintain Foreign Matter (FM) data and work towards zero FM in finished goods, maintain test bottles for All surface Empty Bottle Inspection (All surface EBI) and monitor/control EBI performance.

· Taking care of Water treatment plant and sugar syrup preparation and ensuring HACCP, AIB compliance of these area. The main KPIs which were to achieve the target water number (Best in all plants of AMENA) and to achieve sugar delta according to AOP targets has been met thereby yielding profit to the company.

· Plant representative for Integrated Pest Management and ensuring IPM is being properly done and secured the maximum score of 200 in AIB in 2016 and 195 in the year 2017 by properly managing the human resources and executing correct ideas.

· To develop and to equip the new quality officers and be an asset to the company.

To increase the productivity of the plant by reducing downtime by diligently participating in TPM.

· Taking care of Environmental sustainability and waste management

· Ensuring Legal compliance

· FPR for GRB line for the latter half of the year.

· Was assisting the quality executive in operating ETP and STP without any failures and producing treated water from the effluent which is to be given back to the plant for utility and seal cooling purposes.

· Member of company's safety core team; where the duties is to nullify the unsafe conditions prevailing in the company.

· I have also looked after PET and packaged drinking water line.

· Took care of Water treatment plant and sugar syrup preparation and ensuring HACCP, AIB compliance of these area. My main KPIs are to achieve the target water number and to achieve sugar delta according to AOP targets.

· Has been an integral part in revamping ETP.

· Reduction of hardness of water going to Bottle washer.

· Near zero FM complaints in GRB.

· Maintaining GRB (Glass returnable Bottle) bottling hall compliance as per AIB.

· Taking care of day to day quality checking of water, incoming raw materials, online products and finished goods including microbiological analysis.

· Timely calibration of laboratory equipments.

· Co-ordinating laboratory shift allotments.

· Being a part of Research and development team and new product development. Was an integral part in developing a new variant of mango drink which is now easily available throughout Kerala market.

· Sanitation and hygiene maintenance.

· Being a member of food safety team carrying out relevant works regarding food safety.

· Ensuring that prescribed work instruction for production and quality control are adhered to detecting all deviations (non-conformances) and correcting the same. Reporting all such deviations or abnormalities to concern personals for timely corrective action.

· Ensuring prompt and updated documentation of all records, related to ISO.

· Monitoring of product identification and traceability requirement are fully implemented.

Impart training to subordinates and workers in laboratory and other general workers.

· Worked as a lecturer in MACFAST college in the department of Food Science & Technology, Thiruvalla, under Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.
