• Providing support for NAC solutions on Linux and Windows, investigating and analyzing complex technical issues, and delivering solutions to customers via email or during remote sessions.
• Managing escalations by sharing my investigation findings with the R&D team.

• Project planning and execution, security product solutioning, and designing network architectures for the deployment of enterprise security solutions.
• Conducting presales meetings and proof of concepts for security solutions such as firewalls and network access control.

I was placed at the customer site (ICICI Bank) as an NAC Engineer, where I was responsible for:

• Performing day-to-day operations of Forescout CounterACT.
• Configuring policies in Forescout CounterACT.
• Maintaining security compliance and reporting.

As part of the post-sales team, I was responsible for:

• Deploying Cisco switches and routers at various customer sites.
• Implementing security products like Forescout, Gemalto, and Cambium Wi-Fi.
• Resolving customer technical issues post-deployment.
• Preparing technical and implementation documentation.
