● Procurement management of contractual and non-contractual stocks including supply chain activity and invoicing. Generated and processed orders/sought quotes as per requirement to keep the fleet flying. Stock monitoring and initiated stock replenishments as necessary.

● Assessed & developed new supply sources as per requirements (vendors/ service providers/ distributors/OEMs) globally to ensure optimum products and financial benefit to the company.

● Assessed vendor operations according to quality benchmarks and standards.

● Analyzed, optimized and oversaw inventory procedures to improve supply chain operations.

● Tracked KPIs to generate reports for supply chain performance.

● Used AMOS and vendor portals to track goods from origin to delivery.

● Negotiated contracts with suppliers and customers, saving over $150000 per year.

● Liaised with custom handling agent’s/freight forwarders and warehouse for dispatch/receipt of units. Monitored freight forwarding, custom clearance by coordinating with freight forwarders and custom handling agencies. Ensured availability of Logistical & Quality documents of shipments.
