• As a Senior Software Engineering at LTIMindtree, my primary responsibility is the development of production bots, ensuring high system performance and reliability throughout the entire software development lifecycle—from designing and coding to testing, debugging, and monitoring. Alongside development, I also provide production support to maintain stable operations. I lead the continuous development and implementation of Change Requests (CRs), driving improvements that align with business objectives. I focus on resolving recurring issues by performing root cause analysis to implement permanent fixes and automating manual processes to enhance efficiency.
