- Currecntly working as a Business Analyst cum Product Owner in Change Management team for a project called Reference Data Analysis- Target Operating Model (RDA-TOM).
- In this project I am responsible for gathering requirements and implementation of Controls and streamlining the Incident Management process.
- I also perform the activities of Scrum Master in addition and maintain the agile process in team.
- My day to day work revolves around requirement gathering and creating backlog, stakeholder management, prioritizing the backlog based on the communication with concerned teams and stakeholders.
- I help the development team to translate the epics into user stories and tasks so that the risk can be identified and mitigated before start of development.
- I handle a cross location team of 5 people.
- On daily basis we use tools such as kibana, tableau, MS visio, JIRA, confluence and MS office fo achieving the relevant goal
- I facilitate the scrum ceremonies namely – sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- I also help the management team to validate the KPIs of project, reporting and resource management.
