• Handled business and user issues as part of BAU activities, conducted weekly and monthly stakeholder meetings, and managed team operations for SuccessFactors and CPI streams.
• Worked extensively on configurations in Employee Central, Data Models, Provisioning settings, Ad Hoc and Canvas Reporting, picklists, foundation objects, business rules, and custom applications like CLICK and Approving Authority.
• Implemented and managed integrations with ADP via CPI, including end-to-end project management, field mapping, business rules creation, and test scenarios.
• Conducted client copies for EC-related configuration master data, created performance and goal templates, and implemented IAS (SSO) for Geo-Clock.
• Supported SAP HCM sub-modules (PA, OM, ESS MSS, Time Management, Training & Event Management) and handled quarterly and half-yearly SuccessFactors releases, performing tests and creating test scripts in HPQC.

• Implemented Employee Central projects, including worksheet preparation, configurations, and authorization management.
• Developed Goal and Performance Templates, Ad-hoc, ORD, and PRD reports.
• Supported SF LMS module for Panasonic, configuring courses, user profiles, access levels, domain configurations, and course structures.
