• Build, deploy, maintain, and educate clients using effective reports/dashboards, creating a point of view using data from Morningstar Direct and Lipper tool
• Also have knowledge of Pie for creating performance reports
• Maintain excellent understanding of data sources and connections, creating a common understanding within GMS, Sales and clients
• Maintain excellent understanding of CRM system and backend databases feeding the CRM
• Recommend and implement changes with respect to new data/BI/analytic enhancements
• Participate in testing of new data sources
• Partner with technology (FTT) and ensure alignment with business vision is achieved
• Ability to answer any questions with respect to reports generated to all levels within the organization; alternatively, facilitating the answer thru others
• Provide subject matter expertise on assigned systems, reports and projects
• Act as business unit liaison with other business units
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of fund performance and benchmarks for retail and institutional funds (e.g., relative performance against peers, 3rd party ratings/rankings, statistical fund metrics, fund characteristics)
• Work with global partners and counterparts exchanging best practices
• Prepare and present presentations to all levels of the organization, highlighting accomplishments, trends and opportunities for the front line wholesalers, business lines, products, and funds
• Train colleagues on assigned projects, as needed
• Research and document complex business issues involving workflow, trade-related data, database items, procedures and processes
• Work with other areas within organization; for example, FTT, to resolve issue
• Gather comprehensive information to be used in problem identification and resolution
• Work with senior members within the organization
• Analyze data and develop creative solutions
• Ability to provide ongoing updates via written and verbal communications.

• Provide fund performance data and corresponding fund marketing material in the form of presentations created from our hypothetical and portfolio generator sales tools
• These are delivered to external advisors and our US Domestic sales and offshore sales departments both for research and sales support initiatives
• Use analytical reasoning to report back to sales any illustrations that do not show Franklin Templeton Funds favorable when compared to our competitors
• Make recommendations as appropriate to sales for their approval prior to distribution to advisors
• Build internal client relationships with Marketing/Sales (U.S
• And offshore) Communication follow-up when error or omission is apparent
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned presentation systems, Sales Insight, Advantage Hypotheticals, Investment View, Morningstar Portal, Fi360, Morningstar reports and Portfolio Generator
• Understand system limitations and fund purchase requirements to communicate to sales and marketing as requests are received
• Share sales ideas and best practices for loadable ideas in support of sales campaigns and marketing materials
• Assist senior analysts on research projects in team-oriented environments
• Provide independent insights based on experience and knowledge of workflow and resources
• Assist the team on Ad hoc projects
• Working on projects which include research using Bloomberg.

· Pre-deal support to EY teams through company profiling and search for potential buyers.

· Support in transaction comparables for finding comparable companies of the company being valued.

· Research using databases such as Capital IQ, OneSource, Factiva, Bloomberg, etc for doing various adhoc projects.

· Prepare company profiles in PowerPoint such as profiles of telecom industries, profiles of merger and acquisitions, profiles of private equity firms, etc.

· Market research for finding prices of the commercial equipments like trucks, machinery, etc. Using various sources such as Kelly blue book, Truck paper.com, Kitmondo, etc.

· Assist the team in writing industry reports on pharmaceutical industry, food industry, chemical industry.

· Assist the team in writing economy report of the world economy, economy of various countries over the years.
