• SCOM 2012 R2 successfully integrated with AWS for monitoring wanted technologies, services, and servers.
• Worked on a SCOM 2016 roadmap, architecture, and upgrade project.
• Optimization performance of applications. Troubleshooting and analysis of root cause.
• Worked on SaaS-based market leader cloud tools: Datadog, Catchpoint, and Dynatrace. These tools are services that track the uptime, downtime, and performance of websites. Application monitors websites from multiple locations globally so that it can distinguish genuine downtime from routing and access problems.

• Joined as Team Member and got promoted
• Led a team of 4 members in Network Operation Centre
• Bagged On the Spot Award for automation of health check of monitoring tool via Power Shell Script; this reduced the manual effort of daily health check of monitoring tool which created Tickets for the Production support
• Steered an automation in VB script for the NAS path missing file location
