• Managing UNIX and Storage team; on all aspects of Storage operations activities - assuring operational integrity, availability of services, and project lifecycle management.
• Managing risks, issues, and scope throughout the project lifecycle and operational deliverables
• Storage SME: dealing with EMC NAS and HP SAN implementation\configuration\Management in the Banking environment
• Understanding the requirement of customers and providing best cost-effective solutions
• Ability to develop a complete disaster recovery and system backup plan with the responsibility of producing and maintaining all system documentation
• Providing consult on best practices for storage design and implementation for CIFS/NAS solutions
• Playing a pivotal role in handling customer and technical escalation from Level 1 and Level 2 engineers and also handling Data Loss/ Data Unavailable situations and quickly recovering from them
• Act as an escalation point for high-severity issues. Collaborating with different teams and vendors to resolve the issues.

• Being the Subject matter expert on NAS, responsible for managing the complete NAS fleet in the customer's environment, that includes, implementing new NAS solutions, migration, capacity management, handling critical data unavailability/data loss issues.
• Ensuring RCA for all critical incidents, analyze and provide workaround/solution.
• Providing consult on best practices for CIFS/NFS design and implementation.

• Being the NAS subject matter expert for EMC NAS products was responsible for providing solutions to the customer's issues.
• Primarily deal with EMC NAS CIFS/NFS integration with various customer environments which include Windows, Unix, VMware etc.
• Being in the SME role of the team, consulting and delivering training to peers.

- L1/L2 administrator responsible for administrating the UNIX (Solaris/RedHat) and NAS ( CIFS/NFS) on NetApp products.
