Ensuring the laid down of and implementation of Auditory guidelines Increasing customer engagement with regular activities and various product offerings. Increasing branch’s revenue by maximizing Deepening and cross sales to NTB & existing customers. Implementation of the branch banking Processes some of them are as follows:- Implementation of locker process-Allotment,surrender,operation,breakopen,non operative locker handling etc. Processing,Issuance,Amendments ,enhancements of overdraft against FDs and secured bank Guarantee against margins KYC/AML alerts monitoring,High Value transactions monitoring. Branch morning and Eod reports. Motivating team and organizing events for team building exercise. Identify training needs of the branch staff and organizing it for them. Monitoring & resolving customer complaints through Customer relationship Management(CRM) tool. Performance appraisal of branch staff and their annual feedback report. Responsible for Internal & External RBI audit. Leads management and review of leads generated by the Branch staffs. Reviewing of various operations processes like – Large Transactions (LTR) calling and Welcome calling for newly opened accounts.
