• Achieving the sales target for the financial year,while assisting the marketing team in meeting the order booking targets - Identifying and developing panel of suppliers based on procurement category – Bought-outs,commodities, raw material, sub-contractors(fabrication and machining), logistics and packing & forwarding. - Developing suppliers as "Green Channel Suppliers”.
• Finalizing pre-bid contracts with different suppliers based on their competencies and expertise in their product segment, while ensuring lowest cost and optimized delivery to beat the market competition.
• Guided process improvements for the Document Control Department, resulting in elimination of redundant activities and fuelling more effective processes and procedures.
• Back-to-back order placement after receipt of client’s order to fulfill our bid term and conditions as well as client’s requirement. -Optimized utilization of expediting team to achieve the targeted project end delivery dates.- Co-ordination with engineering & project execution team for obtaining the procurement specifications and requisitions, respectively. -Implementation of centralized procurement and VIM system.

Key Achievements:
Successfully carried out pre-bid purchase contracts and subsequently executed all post-sales procurement activities for material handling package (Stackers & Shifter Pushers along with conveying system) for JSW Expansion project for their Bellary & Dolvi Plants. Total value of procurement for the package:
105 Cr (FY 2019-20)

Effectively completed procurement and logistics of all items for material handling projects for Ultratech Cement, Aligarh and RCCPL, Mukutban. Cumulative value of procurement:
