✓ Product Hiring- Growth PM, Technical PM, Business Analyst, Product Owner (Junior/Senior PM, Junior/ Senior BA, Head of Product).
✓ Non-tech Hiring- Sales, Marketing, CSM, Project Management, Operation, Finance, IT Admin, HR (Enterprise Junior/ Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Head Of Sales, Sales Engineer, Pre sale Manager, CSM, Project Manager, Content writer, Finance Manager, IT Administrator, HRBP).
❖ Responsible to drive the entire function independently.

❖ Sourcing Strategy/Platform: Networking, Reference, Headhunting, Campus hiring, Vendor Management, Social media, Naukri, Hirist, LinkedIn, AngelList, iimjobs, updazz, instahyre, etc.
On-Boarding, Engagement, Grievance, Exit –
❖ Welcome the employee, introduce the job, culture, mission, and the organization, Delivery
of the business clarity to new joiners.
❖ Build a credible employer imagery through employee engagement initiatives.
❖ Implemented new policies, procedures, and programs in support of Business.
❖ Recognition and Rewarding spotlights for the Performers.
❖ Timely resolution of employee concerns and process gaps by liaising with internal
stakeholders.

❖ Hiring Techies across all level- Backend, Frontend, Android, iOS, QA, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager, DevOps (SDE 1/2/3, Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, Architect, Engineering Manager, Director Of Engineering, VP Engineer, CTO).
❖ Manage the entire recruiting process from planning and sourcing to candidate screening and employment offer.
❖ Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings, LinkedIn, Angle List, Hirist, iimJobs, Has jobs, and social media. While effectively targeting the right kinds
of candidates for the job.
❖ Working for MNC client like-

❖ Source the profiles according to requirements from various portals such as Naukri, Monster, Shine, Times job, and Reference.
