As HR Project Manager / Product Owner, I am part of the HR Product Life Cycle team. Our team is accountable for driving the successful end-to-end delivery of various projects (HR Case Management, Employee Experience, HR Portal and various Automation) and initiatives related to HR. We lead projects that are large scale system enhancements and have responsibility to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Led end-to-end ownership of the HRSD product on the ServiceNow platform, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center.
• Collaborated with HR, IT and business stakeholders to define product vision and translate business needs into actionable user stories
• Managed product backlog and prioritized enhancements, defects and features for sprint delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
• Partnered with ServiceNow developers to design and implement scalable workflows and lifecycle event automation (onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
• Coordinated UAT with HR teams and ensured successful go-live with minimum disruption
• Drove continuous improvement initiatives, reducing HR case handling time by 30% and increasing self-service usage by 80%

IT Delivery / Project Manager – HRIS, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and Taleo part of the VSSI-AD HR Project Management team to build the in-house capability and enhance the niche skill by leveraging considerable experience in recruitment and the Oracle HCM space.

In current role, as IT Delivery / Project Manager primary responsibility is to take Project ownership in the role of Project Manager supporting large, complex, multiple projects, multiple solution engagements within SAP HR & Oracle Taleo module.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and maintaining project plan, schedule, communication plan, status reports
• Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned. Work with project team and actively be involved in the work
• Manage schedules, budgets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed.
• Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
• Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
• Expertise in setting up and managing high performing development team and delivery of Taleo across multi Vodafone Operating companies.
• Expertise in Oracle TALEO including Recruitment and On-Boarding.
• Requirement Gathering, Solution Mapping, development, Testing and implementation in Oracle TALEO ERP products
• Define business flow and create presentations for various Taleo modules.
• Creation of VIA (Solution), Design Documents, PTC Scripts and User Manuals or Documentation.
• Configuration, development, testing and implementation (Testing zone and Staging)
• Provide training and doubt clearing sessions on Taleo modules- Recruiting, Career Section, OBI Reports, and On-boarding to Business user.
