- Tracking production KPIs to meet targets by focusing on process improvements, cycle time reduction, defect reduction, waste reduction, and rework optimization to improve FPY.
- Implementing Poka-Yoke whenever possible to prevent errors.
- Collaborates with CFTs to solve issues pertaining to improving the efficiency of operation.
- Leading compliance, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety efforts, in support of plant goals and involved in the process of making HEAT MAP, SOD, and EHSRA, ensuring the safety of our employees.
- Driving lean manufacturing implementation and maintaining 5S on line.
- Experience of using MES and ORACLE applications in production update and load & drop.
- Driving quality, EHS, and 5S audits.
