• Handling the escalation of clients

• Responsible for daily MIS Reporting to higher management for all client those are at MS in OTC swap department
• Work on Client Money, Swap profile/report/SSI setup
• Investigate breaks and connect with trader/FO/Client to resolve the same

• Part of Investigation and reconciliation for CFD and ETD product
• Reconciliation of position, new transaction, margin, cash balance, Reset, Financing leg
• Investigate Break and resolve it on time with the help of broker, EB, client.

• Handling pre & post cash settlements processes of various OTC Derivative products for various US based Hedge Funds
• Understanding and managing settlement of cash flows associated with all OTC products, including upfront fee, unwinds, quarterly premium and resets Process all aspects of periodic resets for EQS, IRS, CDS and interest accrual calculation for all
• OTC products all Confirming all payments, instructions and dates with counterparts & preparing wires through swift messages for payment of the same with approval by management
• Liaison between trading desk, reconciliation and control group, and counterparts to resolve any economic discrepancies in cashflow calculation.
• Provide daily deliverable independently, be a backup for the team, perform UAT and assist juniors in team for query resolution
• New Client On boarding- setting up SSI for swift Transaction, customize service and reporting as per client requirement

Work Experience of 01 year 02 months

• Monitoring and processing all trades those are traded by client on daily basis in our system with the help of trade recap and client trade file.
• Booking corporate action event. reconciled all CA event with client position and book those event have directly impact on client position with the help of counterpart CA report and Bloomberg,
• Performing daily and month end activities like Trade-blotter review, Cash flow booking, Netting, daily reconciliation activity for Clients, Prime Brokers & Third-party for OTC Products to Maintaining high level of quantity & productivity

Work Experience 04 Months

• Review all trade economies with the help of MarkitWire, DTCC and paper confirm.
• Raised the economics break to client and Counterpart to get correct it.
