Piping Engineer -

Responsible for Erection and Fabrication of piping System including Various Pipe Fitting valves and Equipment.

• Worked in CS, SS, Ti, Cu pipes material and their valve fittings from ½ inch to 4 Inch’s.

• Good Knowledge on drawing reading for fabrication & Erection, ensuring cut lengths, materials specs, Pressure testing of pipe welded joints.

• Solved queries from stakeholder and ensuring proactive checks for piping erection.

• Ensure Piping weld map, Pipe re-routing, Flushing and leak test as per Spec and as built.

• Supervised the installation and erection of pipes and their fittings from templating to till final painting and Insulation.

• Erection of Hot and Cold insulation for Steam and Cold-water pipe line and other system also like AC plant and HP air systems.

• Ensure pipe painting completion by various coatings (Primer and Enamels paints).

• Commissioning of piping system with proper safety and handover to customer within stipulated time period

• Handling 70+ Agencies manpower, ensuring productivity, safety and invoice generation for billing.

Equipment installation Engineer - Static and Rotary

Responsible for installation of Minor to Major Equipment required for Piping and commissioning of Systems.

• Worked in minor to major equipment installation weighing from 100 Kg to 4 ton.

• Experienced in alignment of Pumps alignment and installation of static and Rotary Equipment’s like compressors, Switch boards, AC plants, Refrigeration Plant, Turbines and their Commission as per OEM procedures

• Ensure the preservation of Shock mounts, internal Equipment Preservation by Nitrogen, Silica gel, Chalk power to the extent of safety of Equipment by GI sheet covering.

• Planned for all major Equipment Lifting and Shifting with overhead and Hydra Cranes as per lifting plan.

• Ensuring the safety permit parameter like Lifting plan, Slings, Shackles used for Equipment shifting and installation time.

• Enduring the productivity per Kg per man-days and their invoice generation.
