- Studied about different parts of the tractor, internally and externally.
- The department where I work receives broken parts of the tractors that are used in the field by the customer.
- Then we study the broken part and make improvements.
- I work in the quality department and study the material of the parts to provide reports for improvements.
- I study about the metallurgical properties of the part and conduct layout inspections of the part.
- I do field visits in other states and prepare reports for improvement.
- Conduct surveys and tests to bring out the best improvement in the quality of the product and consumer-friendly with cost consciousness.
- Provided technical support to senior team members by researching solutions to problems.
