Responsibilities

• The team grew from just 1 employee to 45 employees. Currently managing 10 team members.
• Improved the process by partnering with product team.
• Created the SOP and successfully trained new joiners.
• Hiring of new team members.

• Joined Better.com as an Analyst in Collateral Team(Title).Ordering Title documents and getting them from title companies with the SLA.
• Responsible for sending the Loan Estimates to the borrower and following up on the Settlement statement from the Escrow/Title companies.
• Transferred to the closing team(CD) where I had trained al CD members to send LE and got trained on making the closing disclosures.

We introduced the Dairy whipped cream cans first time in India. We partnered with the European brand Meggle for the exclusive rights.

Key Responsibility

• Established online and offline sales channels
• Partnered with the deliveries company for online orders
• Managing the P/L for the business.
• Liaise with the government authorities, Business owners and supplier

• It was started as a side product. Paperpee was a female urinating device which helped female stand while travelling or anywhere out where there is no clean restroom and thus preventing any UTI infections.
• I was responsible for Product designing, Paper selection, overlooking the manufacturing and packaging of the product.
• We sold this product online and also exported it to Sweden and Dubai.
• My accomplishment was here is that I created the product website myself by watching youtube videos.
