Roles And Responsibilities
Fully responsible for DCS based operation of FBC Boiler and Steam turbine and it’s auxiliary and Bop of Plant. Fully responsible for Boiler Preparation for boiler start-up, Boiler light up and smooth handling operation from control room desk during Plant Light-up. Fully responsible for Preparation & Rolling of Turbine through governor control system and DCS. Fully responsible for Smooth handling and operation at the Time of Plant Black out, Home Load and all emergency. Confidently handle emergency situation and make plant normal & smooth. Fully responsible for daily observing water, steam and condensate parameter, Fuel parameter, LOI report, and losses from various part of boiler & turbine. Fully Responsible to calculate Boiler efficiency, Turbine efficiency, Plant efficiency, Turbine Heat Rate, PLF, SSC, SCC, DM water Consumption. Dexterous in planning, scheduling and execution maintenance (Preventive, Predictive, Productive) for all equipment to achieve operation efficiency & resources utilization. Team leader of Plant Efficiency Team (PET) from Operation dept. side and play key role in calculating payback period and giving PPT presentation on all area of Plant.

Projects
Project on “Dynamic Stability of Multilayered Beam with Bolted Joints” during M. Tech. Course. In this project investigation done for dynamic stability of elastic system deals with the study of vibrations included by pulsating load that are parametric with respect to certain form of deformation. Project on Boiler tube failure during PGDC course. In this project various mechanism of failure are discussed along with residual life assessment of boiler. Project on Performance and Emission of Natural Gas fueled internal combustion Engine. Through this project the various performance parameters are compared by using the different types of fuel on a particular IC Engine.

- PC-based 500 MW power plants Simulator training designed by Honeywell (Yokogawa make) which is the replica of the 500 MW at NPTI Faridabad for Two weeks.
- Undergone scheme tracing at DPL (Durgapur Projects Ltd) of generating capacity of 300 MW, 110MW, 77x4 MW for a period of two weeks.
- The Process of cement making process including 25 MW captive Power plant Operations. ACC Cement Ltd, Jamul Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, Four weeks during semester break after 6th Semester.
- The various operational field in steel structure shop, Plate Mill, Billet Mill, Rail Mill, Bhilai Steel Plant (SAIL) Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, Four weeks during semester break after 4th Semester.
