· Troubleshooting on incidents and problems reported for Windows servers.
· Managing 2012/2016/2019 Servers.
· Managing of daily BAU tasks: NCI/Incidents/SRs/TODO's etc.
· Monitoring/Troubleshooting daily backup.
· Managing Disk space/Memory & CPU utilization/Temp profile issues.
· Managing Certificate Inventory for windows servers.
· Managing/Updating Antivirus on windows servers.
· Managing Patch validation through RCP tool.
· Managing migration on prem servers (TWINS) to Google Cloud.
· Managing the server build/decommission on Google Cloud.
· Managing VM compute resources resizing on Google Cloud.
· Handling high priority issues for windows issues reported by customer.
· Working in IAM (Identity and Access Management) Team.
· Responsible for managing two accounts i.e., Airtel and Infratel.
· Responsible for maintaining SLA and Compliance 100%.
· Responsible for managing UID relatedoperations on Unix/Linux/Aix/Widows OS.
· Having basic architectural knowledge of PIM tools(CyberArk and Arcon).
· Part of Security and Risk Management Team.
· Responsible for managing ID Desk Team, Emailing/Ticketing part.
-There are around 40 application of Airtel on which we provide support like ID creation/modification and deletion.
