Preparing collection GL

• Coordinates with bank for bank statements
• Preparing daily basis bank and Gl for uploading reconciliation tool format
• BRS Report tally with Oracle balance daily basis
• Preparing Break-up report for bulk amount. (CMS and Online transactions)
• Logical wise reconcile bank and Gl transaction
• Posting Internal Entries
• Follow up with Stakeholders on emails or call for open entries related queries
• Prepared and Published Daily Rural collection open lines MIS with Stakeholder & Unit Head's
• Publishing Month End BRS to management team and stakeholders

• Treasury bank reconciliation
• Connect with banks for statements
• Preparing Gl for uploading in tool
• Reconcile bank and GL transactions
• Posting Internal Entries
• Preparing daily basis Treasury open Lines MIS. (Daily published with Stakeholders)
• Coordinate with Stakeholders for open entries related queries (Emails/Calls)
• Daily Follow up with stakeholders for clearing open entries
• Prepared Daily Bank Reconciliation Report
• Publishing Month End BRS to Management team and stakeholders

• Connecting mail with state leads (Collection and outstanding)

• Vendor Invoices Booking in SAP. (Vendor invoice, company expense invoices)
• Email Handling (vendors & internal)
• Bank Reconciliation using SAP (Hana). (Download daily bank statement from bank sites, Prepared format for upload, Check BRS report, Update auto knock off entries then posting manual entries (Bank charges, internal transfer entries)
• Payment cheque reversal
• Visit factory for stock audit and create report

• Maintain vendor information into our database.
• Updated new information, Maintain all files and vendor related documents.
• Vendor invoice payment and update informations.
• Collect and deposit money/cheques in to business accounts.
