Responsible for the Post Contract Services for Hyper Scale Data Centre Project

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review interim and final billing statements for MEP works based on project specifications and contractual agreements.
• Conduct cost estimates and budget forecasts for MEP systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements and cost control measures.
• Measure quantities of MEP works and maintain accurate records and documentation of work completed.
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
• Analyze and report variances between planned and actual costs, providing insights for project cost management.
• Process change orders and additional work requests, ensuring proper documentation and billing adjustments.
• Reconcile accounts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring all MEP costs are accounted for.
• Liaise with clients for billing inquiries, clarifications, and negotiations regarding MEP works.
• Ensure that all billing practices comply with industry standards and contractual obligations.
• Conduct site visits to verify the completion of work and ensure accurate measurement for billing purposes.

• Responsible for the MEP budgeting, contracts and procurement for township project Godrej River Greens, Manjari-Pune
• Township project spread across 100 acres consisting of more than 8000 apartments with Budget of INR

• Facilitate design reviews by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns
• Prepare accurate cost and quantity estimates based on GFC drawings to inform budgeting and resource allocation
• Develop BOQs in line with GFC drawings to quantify materials and labor requirements
• Assess project scope and requirements to inform design decisions and planning
• Conduct value engineering studies to optimize costs while maintaining quality, and collaborate with consultants to implement findings
• Pre-qualify and evaluate vendors/contractors, manage tendering process, and negotiate contracts focusing on cost, timeline, quality, and safety
