• Monitoring the operation and maintenance of 33/0.433KV substation & transformers.
• Carryout Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Schedules for all the electrical equipment's.
• Monitoring the operation and maintenance of PCC, MCC Panels and DG sets.
• Monitoring and preparation of the power & diesel consumptions reports & power generation reports in daily, monthly and annually.
• Monitoring of Earth pits & maintaining the records.
• Allocating and Monitoring daily activities, generating daily power consumption reports, Pro-actively taking responsibility to reduce the Power Consumption and preparing daily log Reports.
• Power factor improvement using APFC unit.
• Responsible to receive work orders, allocation of Man power and close of work orders.
• Responsible to ensure safe working hobbits and prepare Safety work permits for carrying out any hot jobs etc.
• Ensure that there are sufficient resources of personnel, spare parts and materials to support efficient and effective maintenance program.
• Up gradation / modification of existing system to meet current requirement and latest technical trends with due consideration of economic aspects.
• Focusing & implementing energy conservation activities. Projecting the case studies data to management.
• Monitor and coordination about the preventive, predictive, breakdown & shutdown of all maintenance activities.
• Calibration of temperature indicators, RTD sensors and weighing scales as per the schedule.
• Introduction of energy saving equipment's like VFDs, energy efficient motors etc.
• Preparation of clean rooms and equipment's complete the work as per schedule.
• Updating equipment history cards and breakdown summary reports as per SOP standards.
• Minimization of equipment downtime in terms of electrical matters.
• Maintenance of ACB, VCB of all types.
• Maintenance of All type Electrical panels preventive and Break downs.
• Maintenance of E.P.A.B.X for telephones.
• Maintenance of Fire alarm and Access control system.
• Analyzing root causes for the breakdown and taking permanent measures to avoid reoccurrence.
• Follow up with procurement team for the delivery of materials.
• Maintaining of electrical spares inventory control.
• Experience in selection of VFDs in accordance with the pump selection.
• Co-coordinating with construction on Engineering related activities.
• Selection of lighting, socket outlets, panel, motors & instruments based on the hazardous area zone classification.
• Experience in selection of Flame proof motors, Lighting & switch gears.
• Selection of motors, Starters (DOL / Star Delta), Back up fuses and OLR based on the capacity of motor.
• Applying Energy conservative concepts.
• Experience in VFD and controlling the VFD based on the input requirements.
• Knowledge in selection of motors / switch gears items/ instrumentation items based on safety.
• Preparing Breakdown trend based on the down time report and attacking the area to minimize the downtime.
• Preparation of SOPs as per facility and equipment requirements.
• Addressing the deviations through online documentation .

Mechanical:

• Commissioning of SS reactors, Glass reactors, FRP reactors, Pressure reactors, High vacuum reactors, centrifuges, multi mill, blender, shifters, Tray Dryer, FBD, RCVD, ANFD, Nutch filter and Leaf Filters etc.
• Commissioning of all utility equipment’s like Chilling plants, Air compressors, Nitrogen plant, cooling towers, Boilers, DM water plant, purified water plant, RO system and Process pumps, Vacuum pumps etc.
• Commissioning of HVAC systems.

• Preparation and review the all Maintenance and Electrical related Change Controls, NDC’s and SOPs.
• Preparation and review of all Preventive maintenance/calibrations annual schedules, Training need identification records.
• Preparation and review of all Qualification related documentation activities as per cGMP design requirements
• Preparation and review of major documents like site master plan and validation master plan.
• Preparation and review of risk assessment documents of Facility, Clean room installations.
• Actively involved as a key number in audit and other customer inspections.
• Identified training needs, monitored effectiveness of training as per training plan.
• Training of supervisor’s and technicians while commissioning new systems and equipment’s.
